What comes in the mail?
- Visual art from a wide range of disciplines including sculpture, painting, collage, and photography
- Mailed to you as a 4x6, hand-addressed postcard (because getting surprise mail is always fun)
- Uniquely yours, each postcard is different with scuffs or marks that tell the story of its travel to you
- Has a special note on the back for a more intimate connection with the artists and with the work itself
- Comes with a QR code to access the video so you can easily watch (in case your inbox has gotten a little unruly)

Every other month, you’ll get mail art in your mailbox and an email with access to a sound film. Between new releases, explore our full catalogue of over 50 films.
Step 3: Enjoy your art
Watch the sound film on-demand and display the mail art in a place that will inspire you. Make some time for art because art matters.
Why sound films + art postcards?
Each art pairing comes together a little differently—sometimes the visual art is inspired by the sound film and sometimes the pairing is inspired by the relationship of the artists— but always with the goal that the two pieces work together to create a rich experience: a sum that’s greater than its parts. The art makes us think more about the video which makes us think more about the art… Each artist’s ideas are made richer and more complete by experiencing the two pieces together. Looking through these artists’ eyes is a wonderful way to see the world differently, to feel a little more alive and connected to a creative community.
